WASP Community Update will be sent out on October 24th and the WASP Newsletter on October 25th. Send us your tips for this month’s newsletter/s no later than October 11 (this Friday). Please consider that the tips for the newsletter should have a clear connection to research or activities financed by WASP, or be of strong relevance to the WASP community. For example: * News articles in media or published at your university portraying a researcher or covering research financed by WASP * Breakthroughs in ongoing WASP funded projects * Publications in highly ranked/prestigious journals/conferences. Please add motivation, short popular science summary (max 400 characters) and link to paper if available * Awards or similar * Prestigious grants * Events and activities (e.g., cluster or WARA activities, upcoming doctoral defenses) All tips are reviewed.
