EMU är ett system för att dokumentera hur kurser bidrar till utbildningsmålen (definierade i högskoleförordningen) för olika utbildningar. Programledningarna har en ständig uppgift att se till att programmen är utformade så att alla studenter ges möjlighet att nå målen för utbildningen. Data från institutionerna i EMU är därför av mycket stort värde för programledningarna och används som underlag då programledningarna bedömer vilka aspekter av utbildningen de ska fokusera på i utvecklingsarbetet. De två senaste åren har LG GU bett er att se till att informationen har uppdaterats för institutionens kurser avseende målen för ”Kunskap och förståelse” samt de fyra första målen inom ”Färdighet och förmåga”. I år önskar LG GU att informationen för de resterande målen inom Färdighet och förmåga uppdateras. Det är viktigt att kurslärare/kursansvariga involveras i arbetet, så att kursen beskrivs så som den verkligen ser ut (en instruktion bifogar). Observera att examensarbetskurser inte behöver fyllas i. Deadline för arbetet är 30 september. För er som har en ny kurs som i princip ersätter en annan, kan vi hjälpa till med att kopiera gammal data (maila till kursval(a)lth.lu.se<mailto:kursval@lth.lu.se>). Hej, The Control System Synthesis PhD course will commence in the last week of October. The course focuses on structured approaches to control system design, where you will gain in-depth knowledge of system requirements, loop analysis, and common methods for controller design and tuning. By the end of this course, you will have the skills and understanding expected from an expert in the field. The course is worth 7.5 ECTS, with an optional 2.5 ECTS mini project. One of the handins may be replaced by a lab session.
